A lifelong learner, Dr. Smith pursues continuing education with great enthusiasm. He regularly participates in online courses, local study clubs, and both national and international training programs. His advanced education includes work through the Baylor College of Dentistry in Advanced Restorative Esthetics, as well as ongoing involvement with the Spear Study Club. These experiences allow him to stay at the forefront of the profession and provide optimal care for every patient, every day.
Dr. Smith is a proud member of the American Dental Association® and has received recognition for his service, including membership in the Gladys Smith Society of Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children and a Certificate of Merit from the American Society of Dentistry for Children.
Passionate about making a difference beyond the dental chair, Dr. Smith has participated in mission work through Pioneer Missions, traveling to underserved communities in Chile, Paraguay, and Brazil to deliver essential dental care.
Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Smith enjoys spending time with his wife, Leslye, their three daughters, one son, and seven grandchildren. One of his greatest joys has been supporting his children in their athletic endeavors and now cheering on his grandchildren.
